Privacy Policy

Overview

NeverQP, LLC ("NeverQP," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our lottery play organizer and analysis tools — including free rule, number, bonus ball, and history codex, Ticket Analyzer previews, favorites, and optional Pro Smart Picks generation — and the choices you have.

Summary

We collect minimal data needed to operate your account, free codex research tools, and optional Pro Smart Picks generation. Personal generation history is logged only when you generate tickets with a Pro subscription. We do not sell your data, collect sensitive financial or health information beyond Stripe subscription processing, or share it for marketing.

Information we collect

Account data: Email, name, and login identifiers (email/password or Google via Supabase Auth).

Usage data: Saved favorites, codex research interactions, Smart Picks sync toggle state, Ticket Analyzer previews, and — for Pro subscribers — generated combinations and personal generation history.

Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store full card details. We receive subscription status, customer identifiers, and billing metadata.

Support data: Messages you send to support@mail.neverqp.com or privacy@mail.neverqp.com.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device information, cookies and session tokens for login, and server logs (Vercel / Supabase) needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

• Provide and improve the Service (organizer, generator, analysis, codex).
• Authenticate you and enforce plan limits (Free vs Pro).
• Process Pro subscriptions and respond to billing events via Stripe.
• Send transactional email (account confirmation, password reset via Supabase; support replies and service notices via Resend).
• Sync lottery draw data and power community statistics.
• Detect abuse, debug errors, and comply with law.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us run the app, under contractual obligations, or when required by law.

Named processors:

• Supabase — authentication, database, file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing for Pro plans.
• Resend — outbound and inbound support email.
• Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure.
• Google — optional "Sign in with Google" through Supabase Auth.
• Fly.io — optional Rust microservice for lottery draw sync (no account PII required for sync operations).

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (CCPA/CPRA). Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be used internally only.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies for login and limited analytics (Vercel) to improve the product. You can manage preferences via browser settings. We do not use tracking cookies for cross-site advertising.

International transfers and changes

Data is primarily stored in the United States. When transfers occur we use standard contractual protections. We may update this policy; material changes will be notified via email (Resend) or in-app banner. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Data retention

Active accounts: for the duration of use, plus 30 days after account deletion request. Payment and billing records: retained for the period required by law and Stripe obligations.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. When you do, we remove your profile, favorites, preferences, and private exports. Your login credentials and personal identifiers are deleted and are no longer linked to activity in our systems.

Number combinations you generated through Smart Picks remain active in the community Data Record. They continue to count toward community statistics, theoretical performance tracking, and daily export rollups, but are no longer associated with your name, email, or account.

Security

We use Supabase encryption at rest and in transit, Supabase Auth, Cloudflare security controls, and regular review of our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing (including analytics where applicable). Submit privacy requests to privacy@mail.neverqp.com.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

You may also update account settings, delete your account in Settings, and contact us with privacy-related questions. Deleting your account removes personal data tied to you; generated numbers remain in the Data Record as described above.

Children

The Service is strictly for users 18 and older. We delete any account discovered to belong to a minor.
