Agreement

By accessing https://www.neverqp.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service description

NeverQP is an entertainment utility that helps you organize lottery play for Powerball and Mega Millions. Free accounts include Ticket Analyzer previews, Rule, Number, Bonus Ball, and History Codex, favorites, codex Smart Picks sync toggles, and access to the community Data Record. Pro adds Smart Picks generation, full Ticket Analyzer analysis, Quantum Pairs co-occurrence analysis, and personal generation history logging. The service does not predict outcomes, improve odds, or constitute gambling or financial advice. Every ticket has identical mathematical probability.

We do not sell lottery tickets, guarantee winnings, or operate official lottery games. Draw data is sourced from public lottery APIs. Current features include:

• Ticket Analyzer — build tickets and preview distribution ratings (full rule and limit detail with Pro)
• Smart Picks — Pro subscription required to generate filtered ticket sets
• Rule Codex, Number Codex, Bonus Ball Codex, and History Codex — free research tools with optional Smart Picks sync toggles
• Favorites — save ticket lines and review historical performance
• Community Data Record — browse and download theoretical winning combinations generated across users
• Personal data record — Pro users' generated tickets logged to their account with exportable history
• Quantum Pairs — Pro subscription required for co-occurrence analysis of numbers drawn with a selected white ball

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
• One free account per person; optional Pro subscription via Stripe.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Subscriptions and payments

• Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• Cancel anytime — access ends at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial periods (standard SaaS practice).

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary analysis or sync systems.
• Upload harmful code, spam, or abuse APIs through scraping or automation.
• Claim that NeverQP improves your mathematical odds of winning.

Intellectual property

All code, rules, UI, and generated insights (except your personal saved plays) belong to NeverQP, LLC. Your saved plays and personal data remain yours.

User content

You retain ownership of your saved plays and favorites. By uploading you grant NeverQP a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and analyze them solely to provide the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NeverQP harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of generated combinations.

Responsible play

Lottery games involve risk. You are responsible for complying with local laws and for playing within your means. NeverQP outputs are not predictions of future results.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no representation that any combination will win or perform better than random selection. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or accuracy of third-party draw data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverQP's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or $100 if none). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost winnings or ticket purchases.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

If you delete your account, your profile, favorites, and other personal account data are removed. Number combinations you generated through Smart Picks remain active in the community Data Record. They stay in the community dataset for theoretical performance tracking and export rollups, but are no longer linked to your identity.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes will first be addressed informally; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NeverQP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
